Lots of my cooking skills was improved so much after I got married. Before I was more into baking and making desserts, but after that I wanted to learn more about savory dishes to serve them to my little new family... 1st I started thinking out of the box cooking international dishes as a kind of change, but with time I wanted to learn more about our traditional recipes, because I find out we love them more, lots of variation and depth in flavors and more acceptable to our taste buds...sometimes giving them a special twist of mine is a must in my kitchen.
One of a kind recipe I learned from my mother in law, is this spaghetti dish, as we all know pasta is originated from Italy but here it's given an Middle eastern twist.... Soooo good
